You can always sit outside on the veranda. A train station is within walking distance.
The house has a cozy, furnished room with a TV, DVD player and surround set. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, combination oven-microwave, electric 4-burner hob, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, Senseo, egg boiler, mixer and toaster.
The entire house is on one level. Two bedrooms have box-spring beds, and the third with a bunk bed. There is a bathroom with shower, bath, sink with luxurious base cabinet. There is a separate toilet. There is plenty of closet space in each bedroom. The chalet is located in a beautiful green holiday park. The large local supermarket is within a kilometer. The chalet is located at the back of the park, on the rest corner.
Sustainability:
There are 20 solar panels on the roof. The house is gas-free. You cook on an electric hob and hot water is supplied via an electric boiler. LED lights have been installed throughout the house. The heating is equipped with an ICY system. This system is centrally controlled and in the houses you can further regulate the (electric) heaters yourself via the thermostat. The roof and floor have insulation and the master bedroom has extra insulation (Purple plates) with beautiful white ceiling plates underneath. This keeps this bedroom extra cool in the summer and warmer in the winter. The crossing veranda also keeps the room nice and cool in the summer. The walls are made of thick wood and due to the Finnish way of building, they have an insulating effect.
Waste can be properly separated in the relevant waste bins at the park.

- The marina is on the other side of the Vecht. The marina open from April 1 to September 20. You can use the washing machine and dryer there between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. (costs in 2022: €2.50 per wash excl. detergent)
One parking space is available per house. A second car can be parked in front of the barrier. There are also 2 charging stations for electric cars in the parking lot in front of the barrier.
You must bring your own towels.
Bed linen can be optionally booked. (Is not mandatory)
Check-in (at reception) is possible from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. (later check-in is possible in consultation with reception)
Check-out is possible no later than 10 am
Renting is only possible for recreational purposes!
