We do not charge mandatory costs for final cleaning, bed linen and taxes! You can choose whether you bring your own bed linen or rent it on arrival at the reception.
Our detached 6 person holiday home with 3 bedrooms is quietly located on a beautiful holiday park in Gramsbergen, Overijssel. Around the house is the spacious garden of approx. 349 m2. The holiday park is located in a beautiful wooded area with many cycling and walking routes.
The house is equipped with many conveniences, such as a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and a Smart television with Ziggo cable TV, Netflix, Videoland and NLZIET. Of course, the house also has free WiFi.
The house is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.
There is parking for one car at the house. For a possible second car, there is free parking in the general parking lot at the reception.
Ground floor
The living room has an attractive fireplace and patio doors to the terrace. The terrace is located on the sunny southwest, where garden furniture (a table with six chairs and a garden bench) is available. A parasol and 2 sunbeds are also available.
The kitchen is equipped with various appliances such as an induction hob with extractor hood, combi microwave with oven function, kettle, Senseo coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and refrigerator.
The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a sink and cupboard. The bathroom has underfloor heating. There is a separate toilet room.
On the ground floor is the first of the three bedrooms, equipped with two comfortable single box spring beds and a wardrobe.
A high chair, cot (camping bed with extra mattress and blanket), changing mat are available. A stair gate has been placed at the top of the stairs.
Toys are available for the children, including Kapla, four in a row of wood, blocks of wood, various toys and various board games.
The washing machine and dryer are located in the storage room, accessible from the outside of the house. Detergent is provided.
For safety, a first-aid kit, fire extinguishers, fire blanket and smoke detectors are available in the house.
First floor
The landing has a fixed cupboard wall with sufficient storage space for your clothes. Here are the second and third bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a balcony over the entire width of the façade.
Both bedrooms have two comfortable single box spring beds.
All beds have a pillow and a single duvet. You can bring your own linen or you can rent it at the reception.
The holiday park offers various facilities for a relaxing holiday for both young and old. Children will have a great time with the many facilities and the enthusiastic entertainment team. But the elderly also experience the holiday park as very pleasant because of the tranquility and the green and wooded area with many walking and cycling routes. Our holiday home has the sanitary facilities and one of the bedrooms on the ground floor which are experienced as big pluses.
The holiday park offers free Wi-Fi, an entertainment team and many different facilities, both indoors and outdoors. The outdoor facilities include a tennis court, a Jeu de Boules court, miniature golf, outdoor swimming pool, playgrounds and a petting zoo. For the active anglers, there is a fishing pond where it is not uncommon to catch 10+ pound carp! There is a bicycle rental service including a charging point for electric bicycles.
Of course, there are also many different indoor facilities. Including an indoor miniature golf, bowling, the indoor play paradise the Mad Monkey Jungle, an amusement hall with pool tables, air hockey, slot machines, and an Escape Room.
There is an excellent à la carte restaurant with sun terrace, a snack bar and a hairdresser's salon.
