Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.

Golf course Het Rijk van Sybrook is located on an old estate in a wooded area. Several holes are surrounded by beautiful woodland, while others offer views of a typical Twente landscape. A scenic landscape is a semi-open landscape that has the character of a stage with backdrops due to the plants. This planting mainly consists of hawthorn hedges and hedgerows. Wooded banks are earthen walls, densely covered with trees and shrubs, which were constructed by farmers from the 11th century onwards.

Twente Airport is part of Technology Base and contributes to excellent accessibility from the East of the Netherlands to the rest of Europe. Flying via a charter or private jet saves time and effectiveness. In addition to business air traffic, recreational flying is carried out by members of the Twente Flying Club and the Twentsche Gliding Club.

The well-maintained and long runway, the large open space, the existing infrastructure, the relatively quiet airspace and sufficient capacity on the electricity network for charging multiple electric aircraft, makes it possible to stimulate sustainable aviation.

The more than 220 hectare site is completely fenced off, which guarantees safe testing and experimentation and has various indoor and outdoor testing facilities. Partly thanks to these facilities, Twente Airport occupies a central position in the Netherlands as a nursery and testing facility for the sustainability of aviation and new forms of mobility.
