Welcome to Twente,

In our very complete and beautifully idyllically located 4 person (originally 6-person) holiday home. Located on bungalow park Bavelds Dennen in the vicinity of Denekamp. The cottage is located on a cul-de-sac at the edge of the forest, on a plot of 1750 M2, of which 1000 M2 is pine forest!

The cottage will be equipped with a new air conditioning system in 2024.

The cottage has 1 double bedroom with a box spring of 160 cm by 200 cm and two single bedrooms with a 1-person box spring of 90 cm by 200 cm.

The kitchen is fully equipped, such as 4 burner Bosch induction hob, fridge with freezer, AEG combi microwave, Miele dishwasher, Senseo Duo coffee machine (suitable for pads and filter coffee), kettle, etc.

It also has digital TV (Ziggo), a (*CONTENT HIDDEN*) Chromecast, wireless internet and a washing machine.

Around the cottage:

The spacious garden around has a lawn and a spacious terrace on two sides and offers a lot of privacy.

Under a canopy is a garden set with 4 comfortable patio chairs, on the side of the house is a cozy picnic table and on the side of the forest two lounge chairs. Because of the many trees around there is always a shady spot to be found. There is ample parking for two cars directly at the cottage.

NB: This is a NO SMOKING cottage! If the smoking ban inside is ignored, all costs to remove the smoke smell will be recovered from the tenant afterwards.

Hello, we are Linda, Marcel and Liz. In 2016 we fell in love with this beautifully situated holiday home. We have refurbished it and stay there regularly ourselves. It offers a great base for all kinds of activities in the area. The cottage itself is very quiet, on the edge of the forest. Waking up in the morning by the birds and enjoying the pigeons in the pine tops in the evening.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

You are welcome in the cottage on the day of arrival from 15:00. Guests are requested to check out before 10:00 in the morning on the day of departure.

Cancellation by the tenant must always be made in writing (by post or by e-mail). The following conditions apply:

Cancellation up to 42 days before the start of the arrival is free of charge.
In case of cancellation from 42 days before the day of arrival, 25% of the rent is due.
In case of cancellation from 28 days before the day of arrival, 50% of the rent is due.
In case of cancellation from seven days to the day of arrival, 100% of the rent is due.
If you have not arrived within 24 hours of the agreed date without further notice, this will be considered a cancellation and 100% of the rental price will be due
In case of cancellation on our part, any money already paid will be refunded.

Location & area recommendations

At the park At the park itself, in a converted farm, restaurant Fox, with a buffet restaurant and a beautiful terrace located on the water. Outside are some play equipment and inside the restaurant is a children's play paradise for the little ones with climbing equipment and ball pits. Immediate surroundings The area is ideal for those seeking tranquility, cyclists (including mountain bikers and cyclists) and walkers. In the vicinity are a large number of tourist attractions, such as the art town of Ootmarsum with numerous art galleries, the estate "het Singraven", the Almelo-Nordhorn canal, along which it is beautiful to cycle, nature reserve "het Lutterzand" with the flowing river Dinkel, recreation area "Het Hulsbeek" 20 minutes by car, etc. You can shop in the area in the cozy Oldenzaal or Ootmarsum, or just across the border in Nordhorn. Next to the park is the very large Oosterik garden center, which attracts people from far and wide. There are also several swimming pools in the area. Visit Germany Just across the border in Germany you will find plenty of recreational opportunities. There is the German Bad Bentheim with lots of forest and an old castle and for a slightly longer trip you can explore the beautiful historic Münster. There is another beautiful zoo in Nordhorn. The forest area just across the border at Uelsen is also wonderful for walking.
