The cottage is located on the green and wooded park Bavelds Dennen, surrounded by enchanting natural landscapes that invite you to take walks and bike rides. With spacious terraces and a wide plot, you can enjoy an attractive outdoor space here where you can relax and fully enjoy the beautiful surroundings. This holiday home is a true paradise for hiking and cycling enthusiasts.

Twente is known as an ideal environment for both walking and cycling, with countless routes to discover the enchanting surroundings. There is also a handy garden house where you can safely store your bicycles. Upon entering you are welcomed in a cozy hall that leads to the attractive living room. The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and microwave, so you can effortlessly prepare meals and spend more time enjoying your holiday. The holiday home has two comfortable bedrooms.

In the first bedroom, adjacent to the living room, you will find a wonderful box spring of 200x90 cm and a spacious wardrobe to neatly store all your belongings. The second bedroom is accessible via another hall and offers a larger box spring of 200x180 cm, ideal for a good night's sleep after an active day outdoors. The adjoining bathroom is equipped with a modern walk-in shower with both a rain shower and a hand shower, a sink with storage space and a toilet.

While you relax in 'Huisje Zingraven', you don't have to worry about the lack of modern amenities. Wifi is available, so you can stay connected with the home front and easily find information about the many attractions and activities in the area.
