Holiday bungalow in a rustic location on the recreation park Bavelds Dennen near the German border [Nordhorn]. The park has a restaurant with a buffet and there is the possibility to play Farmer's Golf and a new tennis court has recently been opened. Supermarket nearby at approx. 500 mtr. in the nearby village of Noord-Deurningen [also open on Sundays].

General Information We want to rent the bungalow to 2 persons, possibly a third person is possible in consultation.

Extra information / recreational options: Shopping service on request, so that your fridge is filled upon arrival [message us for more information] Bicycles can be rented at the park itself via the reception. The area offers many hiking and cycling opportunities. Trips to places such as Ootmarsum, Bad Bentheim (D) and great shopping in Nordhorn are also highly recommended. We want you to feel at home but still on vacation. Our motto is Home Sweet Home Holidays.

Dear tenants, we think it is important to be able to enjoy a holiday in peace and space. Relax and have time for each other without unnecessary fuss. we enjoy it when the squirrels scurry through the garden in the morning looking for food or a deer in the meadow with its feet in the dew. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Rates are based on 2 persons. Including energy, made beds and access to the tennis court.

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
