Do you want to stay in a unique place? Then read on. We have a beautiful holiday home in a beautiful and quiet place. From the house you look out over the meadows and forest edge and you can see the deer, storks and many other beautiful and often rare birds. You walk and cycle directly from the cottage into nature.
The detached holiday home is located in a yard. But so free that you do not see and hear the residents. The house is nicely furnished with the kitchen, dining table, living area and bathroom on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, kettle, induction plate, combi microwave with steam function and oven. The holiday home has a good WIFI connection and a fiber optic connection. On the 1st floor you will find 2 bedrooms with 2 box-spring beds in both rooms.
On the terrace with an automatic sunshade over the entire width, you can sit on the garden furniture or relax in the 2 sun loungers. There is a Weber BBQ. You are also equipped with all comforts inside.
The holiday home is energy neutral. We have solar panels, heat pipes and use a wood gasifier to burn prunings from our own forest.
You can park and charge your bicycles safely. You can park your car next to the holiday home. Pets are not allowed.
The beds are made when you arrive. Towels and linen package are also available.
A unique place as a base for walks and bike rides. Landgoed het Singraven, het Everloo, Het Lutterzand, Het Springendal, just a few of the beautiful nature reserves in the immediate vicinity. Denekamp and Ootmarsum 2 cozy places nearby. But also in Germany (approximately 5 km) you will find nice bike rides, lakes and villages.
