The houses :
The rural and sustainable wooden houses Tine, Dirk and Albert are located in a fantastic spot with a wide view over the Salland open landscape, so you have all the space you need to enjoy them. Each house is located on a spacious green plot of no less than 600 m² and has an authentic veranda and ample parking for two cars. During the day you can experience the unique experience of the countless early whistlers and the beautiful sunset.
The houses (with first floor) are fully equipped and are extremely comfortable. Due to the very high insulation value, it is cool in summer and comfortable in winter. The Dirk and Albert houses have three bedrooms with double beds (which can also be used separately as beds). House Tine has 2 bedrooms (one large) with 4 electric double beds (also possibility of 4x1 persons). Otherwise, the houses are furnished in the same way.

The location :
The holiday homes are located on the "green" park De Posthoeve south of the attractive (green) village of Den Ham. The park is located on a very small scale in the Salland landscape surrounded by nature. Due to the spacious layout, there is a clear distinction from a standard bungalow park. This is in line with the owner's vision: Guests should feel at home in a natural, casual way. So it's wonderful to relax.
The area :
Within a 5-minute walk you are in the Zandstuve Bos where you have many walking and cycling trails. You can walk your dog here, which is of course also welcome. In the morning you can greet the birds, hares and deer here.
In the immediate vicinity there is much more natural beauty to admire: Eerde, Junne, the Engberdijksvenen, the Regge, Hancate, Lemelerberg, you name it. It is the perfect base for those who like to take a nice walk or bike ride. There is also a lot of fishing water around Den Ham in canals, rivers and streams. Den Ham and the surrounding villages such as Ommen, Hellendoorn etc. offer ample facilities for everyone. Finally, there are many (highly regarded) restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
For the children :
In addition to fun in the wooded area, there are many more activities, such as Adventurepoint within walking distance and an outdoor swimming pool in Den Ham and Vroomshoop (about 10 minutes by bike). In addition, there are amusement parks such as: "Adventure Park Hellendoorn" (10 minutes by car), Ballorig and Kartplaza Nijverdal (10 minutes by car) and Ponypark Slagharen (25 minutes by car)

The location is nice and central with beautiful places and cities nearby such as: Ommen, Hardenberg, Zwolle, Enschede and Almelo.
