The rural and sustainable wooden houses Tine, Dirk and Albert are in a fantastic spot with a wide view over the Salland open landscape, so you have plenty of space to enjoy them. Each house is located on a spacious green plot of no less than 600 m² and equipped with an authentic veranda and ample parking for two cars. The houses with floor are fully equipped and are extremely comfortable. Due to the very high insulation value, it is cool in summer and comfortable in winter. The houses Dirk and Albert have three bedrooms with double beds that you can also separate from each other to 6 single beds. House Tine has 2 larger bedrooms with electric double beds which has the most beautiful location and is highly recommended for up to 4 people. The houses are otherwise furnished in the same way and are all the same size.

The holiday homes are located on the "green" park De Posthoeve south of the attractive (green) village of Den Ham. The park is located on a very small scale in the Salland landscape surrounded by nature. Due to the spacious layout, there is a clear distinction with a standard bungalow park, which is in line with the owner's vision: Guests should feel at home in a natural casual way. So it's great to relax.
Within a 5-minute walk you are in the Zandstuve Forest where you have many hiking and biking trails. You can walk your dog here, which is of course also welcome. In the morning you can greet the birds, hares and deer here.
In the immediate vicinity there is much more natural beauty to admire: Eerde, Junne, the Engberdijksvenen, the Regge, Hancate, Lemelerberg, you name it. It is the perfect base for those who like to take a nice walk or bike ride. There is also a lot of fishing water around Den Ham in canals, rivers and streams. Den Ham and the surrounding villages such as Ommen, Hellendoorn etc. offer ample facilities for everyone. Finally, there are many restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
