This spacious semi-detached cottage is situated in the lively center of De Lutte which is known for its beautiful cycling and hiking area, shops, bakery and supermarket within walking distance. Easily accessible from the A1. De Lutte is centrally located in the cycling and walking network node and lead you past numerous famous nature reserves, museums and other visitors tips. There are also routes to places just over the border in Germany. The house is suitable for 2 persons and includes: entrance / hallway, living room with corner kitchen, hallway with cupboard, bathroom with shower and toilet adapted, bedroom, cv., terrace and garden with pond.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

2025 per week 335,00 or 48,00 Euro per night
The payment is made in two installments. 1st installment 30.00 Euro, pay within 10 days.
2nd installment must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival.
Last minute discount is 10% of the rental price when booking within 14 days before arrival date.
Bringing a dog is allowed in consultation. The costs are 15.00 Euro per dog per week. We ask for a deposit of 50.00 Euro when bringing a dog.
