This luxury apartment is located on the moraine of Oldenzaal, which was formed in the penultimate ice age.
The apartment is internally divided into two apartments that can be locked separately. the apartment has a kitchen/living room, separate bedroom, spacious bathroom and private terrace.

The sofa in the sitting area can be folded out into a double bed. the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, four-burner hob, combination microwave, kettle, refrigerator with freezer and a Senseo machine. the spacious bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and sink. the terrace is partly covered, so you can still sit outside in bad weather!
The apartment is a lockable part of a larger whole where your privacy is guaranteed.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed in writing or by emailto landlord.

If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 30% of the rent; In case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 40% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period the full amount will be charged.
