Detached independent accommodation for max. 3 people. This guesthouse is located on the outskirts of Wognum, adjacent to the small village of Wadway. A beautiful location overlooking the meadows at the back of our garden, 40 meters from our own house. This beautiful residence is entirely at your disposal. You have a terrace with seating and sun loungers and a veranda at the front, on the water. Pets are not allowed and smoking is also not allowed in and around the accommodation. Downstairs is the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with 2 built-in induction plates, fridge with freezer, filter coffee maker and kettle (coffee and tea limited available), small oven and dishwasher (dishwasher tablets available). There is plenty of necessary kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a rain shower, sink and toilet. The upper floor can be reached by a staircase and there is a double bed (160x200) and for the 3rd guest a single bed (90x200)
For the 3rd guest you pay extra per night.
With a 2 person booking, the double bed is made. If you want an extra bed, we charge €25 extra per booking and you pay it in cash on arrival.
If you want to come with small children: the veranda on the water is not fenced, the terrace with the chairs is.
The city of Hoorn is 6.5 km away and is easily accessible by car, bicycle or public transport. The bus connection to Hoorn starts and stops in front of our house!
From Hoorn there is a good train connection to Amsterdam, Schiphol, Alkmaar and Enkhuizen, among others. Hoorn is located on the Markermeer and has a beautiful city beach.
The coast is a 40-minute drive away. You can also make beautiful bike rides through picturesque villages from your stay and there are plenty of walking routes available.
Of course, you can also enjoy the peace and quiet of the accommodation itself, with a view of the meadows, grazing cows and sheep, water birds and beautiful sunsets.
