This beautiful apartment with a living area of 85 m² on the 2nd floor of Residence Julianadorp in the coastal village of Julianadorp, is located just 300 meters from the beautiful beach.
The apartment complex is quietly located with many facilities in the area such as an indoor swimming pool, a 9-hole golf course, bowling alleys, a miniature golf course, tennis courts and various eateries. And did you know that Julianadorp has the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands?

Enjoy a nice walk on the beach and when the sun is shining you can sunbathe on the beach!
For example, go to the beautiful city next to our village. Den Helder! Discover the culture and history, shop in the center and/or go out for dinner, visit several locations in Den Helder, see the map for tips!

Cancellation policy

  • If you cancel from 90 to 60 days before arrival, you will owe 25% of the total amount.
  • If you cancel 59 to 30 days before arrival, you will owe 50% of the total amount.
  • If you cancel from 29 to 10 days before arrival, you will owe 90% of the total amount.
  • In case of cancellation from 9 to 0 days before arrival, you will owe 100% of the total amount.
  • In case of a rebooking or cancellation, we will charge € 25.00 administration costs.
