Take a break and unwind in this peaceful oasis. A 15-minute bike ride from Haarlem's beautiful center. Delicious restaurants and cozy cafes nearby, but being able to sleep and wake up in peace. Make use of our fine jetty on the water, and if you want, we will serve a delicious breakfast with homemade sourdough bread and local products.
If you have bicycles with you, you can safely park them on our site. You can cycle beautifully here in the surrounding nature and in the right time also between the bulb fields! Even the beach and the dunes are relatively close (14km) and not to forget: the circuit of Zandvoort and the large recreation area Spaarnwoude. The house is one floor down in our backyard and is therefore completely private. There is a bedroom with ensuite bathroom with toilet, spacious shower and sink. Experience the outdoors by opening the large sliding doors while waking up with a cup of coffee or tea. Of course there are blackout curtains so that you can sleep completely in the dark at night. In addition, there is a spacious sitting room with a small pantry with a sink, sink and refrigerator. There is a Nespresso machine and a kettle to provide yourself with a nice drink.
Outside in the spacious garden you have a private terrace with table and chairs. At the front of the house is the jetty where you can sit by the water or take a cooling splash. The address is Vijfhuizen, but don't get confused if the sign sees Nieuweburg when you drive up the dike ;), because our cozy dike house is located in the hamlet of Nieuwebrug.
