Are you looking for a beautiful, adapted villa for six people with a fantastic location? Then this Dream Villa is definitely the right choice! Due to its central location, this adapted holiday home is an ideal base for excursions. From the quietly located house you can make all kinds of trips: beach, forest, dunes, the Cheese Market in Alkmaar, the bulb fields, Haarlem and Amsterdam, it is all close by. The house has a lovely sunny garden with fantastic views over the water.
Layout holiday home
This attractive holiday home, suitable for six people, can meet any request for help due to the wheelchair-friendly design, the bedroom on the ground floor and an accessible garden.
On the ground floor you will find the bright living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, spacious dining table and sitting area. From the living room you can step straight into the lovely garden, where you have a great view over the water.
The master bedroom has a high/low bed and two single beds. In the second bedroom there is a bunk bed. Finally, the bathroom with toilet and shower, including wall supports and shower chair is also on the ground floor.
On the first floor is the third sleeping area with a double box spring. From here you have a beautiful view over the harbor.
Surroundings
The house is located on the marina of Uitgeest. This offers countless possibilities. The lake is perfect for water sports enthusiasts. Do you want to bring your own boat? No problem, you can rent a berth. It is also possible to rent a boat, sub or sailboat. For anglers it is a good place to cast your fishing rod, you will find jetties everywhere. In the immediate vicinity there are several good restaurants that you can go to on foot.
The beach of Castricum aan Zee is only half an hour's bike ride away. Along the coast you will find various nature reserves. Walking or cycling through the dunes of Heemskerk or Castricum, you can enjoy the flowering dune plants and singing birds in the spring. In autumn you will discover the beautiful colors of the trees and mushrooms. Bakkum Estate is highly recommended for walking, cycling or running due to its varied landscapes.
If you prefer the hustle and bustle, Alkmaar, the charming artists' village of Bergen and Haarlem can be reached within 20 minutes by car.

You can park the car in the general parking lot at the beginning of the park.
Good news for water sports enthusiasts: it is possible to take a boat with you during your stay. The following rates apply:
- €10 per day per boat (including any trailer storage)
- €50 per boat for hoisting the boat in and out (if desired)
