Comfortably furnished in a contemporary trendy atmosphere.
The covered veranda makes it possible to often enjoy the fresh sea air outside!
Garden all around with 2 private parking spaces.

Imagine: cooking together in the fully equipped, comfortable island kitchen. With a glass to the covered veranda and then eat outside at the large dining table.

There is also an electrical outlet on the terrace. Cozy around the fireplace in the sitting area. Watch great movies on the large smart TV (streaming possible)

Lots of privacy for all guests, because of the 3 separate bedrooms and the 2 bathrooms. The downstairs bathroom has both a bath and shower. Upstairs on the landing there is a 140 x 200 meter bed under the sloping roof, suitable for 2 children up to 12 years.

Thank you very much for your interest in one of our 6-8 person Villa Veranda. 

Pets are not allowed. 

You can also bring your own bed linen and towels (bed linen: 6 x 90 x 2.00 and 1 x 140 x 2.00 possibly for 2 children with 2 single duvets)

In case of cancellations, the Recron conditions apply. Below you can see the cancellation scale:
- in case of cancellation > 3 months before arrival 15%
- in case of cancellation 3-2 months before arrival 50%
- in case of cancellation 2-1 months before arrival 75%
- in case of cancellation < 1 month before arrival 90%
- in case of cancellation on the day of arrival 100%

Unlikely beautiful! That is the walk that you make from Aan Noordzee, through the dunes to the sea. You walk along the beautiful nature reserve "Het Zwanenwater". The beach entrance is not high, so easily accessible, also by bike. If you want to broaden the horizon, you can make beautiful cycling trips to Camperduin and the Schoorl dunes. The hinterland of Sint Maartenszee is North Holland at its best. Bulb fields, farms and mills. Everything flat, so easy to cycle!
