Are you looking for a place to relax for a few days, celebrate a beach holiday or work quietly for a few days? Our nice and child-friendly holiday home in park Duinland with large garden (165m2) and three bedrooms is the perfect location for this. The house was completely renovated in 2024 including a new, larger bathroom, new and well-insulated roof, solar panels, underfloor heating, dishwasher and wood stove. In the summer it stays nice and cool and in the winter it is easy to heat.
Less than 300m from the beautiful dunes of Sint Maartenszee (Zwanenwater nature reserve): 5 min by bike and 15 min walk to the beach.
The house is located in a quiet, green recreation park, with various playgrounds, a tennis court and further within walking distance (not on the park itself): including indoor play paradise de Goudvis, an indoor swimming pool and a supermarket for fresh sandwiches, for example. A washing machine can also be used at the park for a fee.

The house is suitable for max. 5 people and a baby.
