The house is located in Sint Maartenszee and has 3 bedrooms. The Duinland park is a lovely green and varied park with several privately owned houses. Duinland is only within walking distance of the beach and the sea. Here you can enjoy a wonderful holiday and all the amenities you need are nearby. There is an indoor swimming pool, mini golf, tennis court, table tennis, a supermarket and several restaurants. Villa Duinland West is a luxury holiday home.

On the ground floor there is a spacious, bright living room with a comfortable seating area and a modern open kitchen with all modern conveniences. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven and microwave. The cozy dining area with a nice bench offers plenty of seating space for the whole family. The house has a flat screen TV with cable connection and wireless internet. From the living room you can open through French doors to the beautiful south-facing garden.

The house has a bedroom with bathroom en suite on the ground floor, here is also a separate toilet. On the first floor of the house is the large bathroom with bath and second toilet. Furthermore, here are the 2 extra bedrooms. A bedroom for 2 people and a bedroom for 3 people. All beds in the house are single box-spring beds.

Looking for a nice luxury villa near Callantsoog on the coast. Then you have come to the right place. Callantsoog is a nice village with a pleasant threshing square and a nice beach. You only have to cross 1 row of dunes to get to the beach. Do you come in the summer to sunbathe or do you prefer a breath of fresh air in the autumn.
