Our holiday home, intended for 2 people, is located in the spacious backyard of our house in the village of Schoorl. The house is completely separate from our house and has its own fenced garden with lots of privacy. You can park your car in front of the door and any bicycles can be placed in the storage room that can be locked. A freezer is also available in this storage room.

In our house there is a modern kitchen. Here you will find a refrigerator, dishwasher and induction hob. The room has a dining area and a cosy sitting area. From the living room you can step straight into the garden where you can enjoy the sun without a care in the world. The bedroom has a spacious 2-person box spring bed. From the bedroom you can step into the shower. (of course there is good wifi available in the house)

The center of Schoorl where you can do your daily shopping is within walking distance. A three-minute walk will take you to the edge of the widest dune area in the Netherlands. Here you can walk and cycle endlessly. The beach can be reached within fifteen minutes by bike. There are also plenty of nice places to discover in the vicinity of Schoorl. In Alkmaar is the famous cheese market and the old town. The charming towns of Schagen, Bergen and Egmond can also be discovered by bike. You can reach Texel in an hour by car and ferry. You are then in a completely different world. We hope to welcome you in our home.

Last but not least: we do not allow pets in our holiday home.

We are Kor and Heleen Stukje. We rent out the holiday home in our garden. We really enjoy receiving guests and providing them with the best possible time. We live in front of the holiday home that is parallel to it. We have lived at this address since 2016 with our two daughters and two cats. We hope to welcome you in beautiful Schoorl, so that you can enjoy the peace and quiet in your own garden.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

We rent out our house for a minimum of three nights. This only includes the 60 euro cleaning fee. All other costs (wifi, gas, water, electricity, bed linen) are included in the rental price.
Cancellation: free of charge 30 days or more before the departure date / 30% of the travel sum within thirty days before the departure date / 90% if cancelled 14 days or less before departure. We recommend cancellation insurance.
