The apartment is one large space of 140m2. Upon arrival you ascend the spiral staircase and immediately approach the lovely private roof terrace of 100m2 with built-in jacuzzi. The house has a relaxed American design; think of Chesterfield sofas and a large projector with a good sound system. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with kitchen utensils and basic utensils. There is no separate bedroom, the 2 double beds are behind curtains. The bathroom has a spacious shower

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord of this . If the tenant cancels the agreement during the period in which the rent is due; 1 week until the start date of the rental period 15%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
