This accommodation for up to 5 people can be found in an authentic farmhouse and has it all! Peace, space, a private indoor swimming pool (closed from mid-October to mid-April), private wellness, fitness room and a great location close to charming towns and the beach. It is therefore an ideal accommodation for, for example, two couples or a family with teenage children who want to get away from it all. The guests have their own access to the residential bell jar, the backyard is also available to the guests. The luxurious residential bell jar with the living accommodation of approximately 175m2 on the top floor. The accommodation consists of a large living/dining room with TV and Wi-Fi, 2 large bedrooms, each with 2x double beds, 1 bedroom with 1 pers. bed, a bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchen with fridge-freezer, 4-burner gas stove, combi microwave, coffee maker (filter) and kettle.

Wellness
The wellness area is located on the ground floor. This can be reached indoors and you do not have to leave the house. The wellness consists of an infrared sauna with light therapy, jacuzzi with TV, swimming pool (9 meters long with counter current pump), fitness room with the most commonly used equipment. PLEASE NOTE: The swimming pool is closed from mid-October to mid-April.

There are several terraces on the site that you can use. Also adjacent to the pool is a sunbathing area with chairs and hammocks. During your stay, the landlords are available via mobile phone when necessary. Upon arrival you will receive a tour with instructions on how to operate the equipment.

Environment
From this accommodation you can go in all directions and get every opportunity to discover North Holland. You can take beautiful walks or bike rides directly from the accommodation. Get in the car and visit the historic city of Hoorn or take a look at the cheese market in Alkmaar. Would you rather spend a day at the beach? The pleasant seaside town of Callantsoog is about a 20-minute drive from the accommodation.

Explanation of prices

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been passed on to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts: depending on the date of written cancellation by the renter:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price.
