This holiday home is beautifully situated with a view of the bulb fields and the dunes. The cottage is equipped for 4 people and has a fireplace where you can warm up in the winter after a lovely walk on the beach. Did you know that Julianadorp aan Zee has the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands? The cottage is located in the friendly holiday park Yperhof and is the ideal starting point for your beach holiday. In summer, soak up the sun and relax on the beach, in winter you can enjoy the beautiful hiking trails on the beach, but also in nature. Enjoy the history of Den Helder, the city next to Julianadorp, there you can also go to the beach, to the center for shopping, and you can also enjoy a delicious meal in various restaurants in Den Helder. Learn more about the province or take the boat to the beautiful island of Texel.

  • If you cancel from 90 to 60 days before arrival, you will owe 25% of the total amount.
  • If you cancel 59 to 30 days before arrival, you will owe 50% of the total amount.
  • If you cancel from 29 to 10 days before arrival, you will owe 90% of the total amount.
  • In case of cancellation from 9 to 0 days before arrival, you will owe 100% of the total amount.
  • In case of a rebooking or cancellation, we will charge € 25.00 administration costs.
