Because the apartment is luxuriously equipped, it is good to come home after a long walk on the beach. There is a bath, dishwasher, combi microwave and of course there is Wi-Fi available.

Because the house is located on the ground floor, there is a nice terrace where you can enjoy a wonderful day at the beach. The apartment is located in the quiet and well-kept Residence Juliana Complex.The view of the dunes and the minimal walking distance to the beach of Julianadorp makes this a unique location. In short, nothing stands in the way of a fantastic beach holiday.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation policy

If you cancel from 90 to 60 days before arrival, you will owe 25% of the total amount.
If you cancel 59 to 30 days before arrival, you will owe 50% of the total amount.
If you cancel from 29 to 10 days before arrival, you will owe 90% of the total amount.
In case of cancellation from 9 to 0 days before arrival, you will owe 100% of the total amount.
In case of a rebooking or cancellation, we will charge € 25.00 administration costs.
