CANCELLATIONS
If an agreement is canceled, the tenant is in addition to the reservation due and
administration costs ( € 75.-) the following cancellation costs are due:
• Cancellation must be confirmed in writing within 48 hours after notification by telephone.
• In case of cancellation up to the 42nd day before the arrival date: you owe 20% of the travel sum
to Strandzicht Verhuur BV.
• In case of cancellation from the 42nd day to the 28th day before the arrival date: you are 50% of the
travel sum payable to Strandzicht Verhuur BV.
• In case of cancellation from the 28th day to the 14th day before the arrival date: you are 90% of the
travel sum payable to Strandzicht Verhuur BV.
• If canceled 2 weeks from the day of arrival or later, you will be charged the full travel sum
payable to Strandzicht Verhuur BV.
When Strandzicht Verhuur BV is forced for whatever reason by you
to cancel the reserved holiday object, the following rules and obligations apply
taken into account:
• Strandzicht Verhuur BV will first inform you of the cancellation by telephone, followed by a telephone call
by written confirmation.
• Strandzicht Verhuur BV undertakes to offer an equivalent or better holiday object as
offer an alternative.
• Strandzicht Verhuur BV will try to find the alternative under equal conditions (read:
rent and additional costs), but cannot guarantee this.
If the tenant does not accept the alternative, or if Strandzicht Verhuur BV does not have a suitable
or equivalent alternative, the already paid travel sum will be immediately refunded
account number of the tenant refunded. The tenant cannot derive any further rights,
than the amount already to be reclaimed as stated.

CANCELLATION AND/OR TRAVEL INSURANCE
• We advise you to take out cancellation insurance.
