Located in the quiet Residence Julianacomplex is Apartment SunnySite.
The bright and modern living room has WiFi, a swivel flat screen, a large dining area, a sofa bed and an open kitchen with dishwasher. There are also two separate bedrooms, a large bathroom and a storage room with washing machine and integrated dryer. From the living room and a bedroom you have access to the covered terrace through three large doors. There you can enjoy the sun all day and end the evening in comfort. 
Within walking distance is the beach entrance, enjoy a nice walk on the beach and sunbathe in the summer. There is also food and drink on the beach. Enjoy the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands! For example, also visit the beautiful Den Helder. You can enjoy eating out and/or shopping here. A train also goes here to other parts of the Netherlands

Cancellation policy

  • If you cancel from 90 to 60 days before arrival, you will owe 25% of the total amount.
  • If you cancel 59 to 30 days before arrival, you will owe 50% of the total amount.
  • If you cancel from 29 to 10 days before arrival, you will owe 90% of the total amount.
  • In case of cancellation from 9 to 0 days before arrival, you will owe 100% of the total amount.
  • In case of a rebooking or cancellation, we will charge € 25.00 administration costs.
