A lovely master bedroom (over 20m2) with dressing table and built-in cupboards, and a cozy children's room. The enclosed, child-friendly garden of 500m2 on the southwest offers a lot of privacy and a magnificent view of the dunes of North Holland. The garden has a partly covered sun terraces, garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue and a wind-free seating area.

The house is located in the recreation park De Zandloper, which borders directly on the dunes. The park is small-scale and very spacious, which benefits your peace and privacy. From the holiday home you can reach the beach entrance in 5 minutes on foot. The (asphalt) road through the dunes is about 250 m long.
The quiet beach, the fresh sea air and the North Holland landscape will charm you. There are several beach pavilions and during the summer months the beach is guarded by the coast and lifeguards.
In the immediate vicinity of the holiday park by the sea you will find beach recreation and extensive walking and cycling routes. Many excursions are also possible, such as seals in Ecomare, maritime museum and shrimp fishing. And if the weather is bad, there is a subtropical swimming pool nearby.
