The holiday home was completely renovated in 2012 into a modern bungalow with all comforts. The beach is within walking distance and reachable in 10 minutes.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If you cancel from 90 to 60 days before arrival, you will owe 25% of the total amount. If you cancel from 59 to 30 days before arrival, you will be charged 50% of the total amount due. If you cancel 29 to 10 days before arrival, you will owe 90% of the total amount. In case of cancellation from 9 to 0 days before arrival, you will owe 100% of the total amount. In case of a rebooking or cancellation, we will charge € 25.00 administration costs.
