This fantastic holiday home is suitable for 6 persons and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The house is fully equipped.
there is a bath, dishwasher, wagon, sunbeds, combi microwave etc etc.
In the south-facing garden there is a large dining table where you can enjoy with the family after a day at the North Holland coast.
there are also 2 sunbeds available.
Julianadorp aan Zee has the most hours of sunshine in the Netherlands, so take the sunscreen with you.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

We ask you to pay 20% (€373.00) within a week of booking. We ask you to transfer the other 80% (€1,492.00) at least 4 weeks in advance.  You can transfer the amounts to account number NL97 RABO (*CONTENT HIDDEN*) attn. Vakantieburo Julianadorp.
If you cancel from 90 to 60 days before arrival, you will owe 25% of the total amount.                                              
If you cancel 59 to 30 days before arrival, you will owe 50% of the total amount.                                              
If you cancel from 29 to 10 days before arrival, you will owe 90% of the total amount.                                               
In case of cancellation from 9 to 0 days before arrival, you will owe 100% of the total amount.                                             
In case of a rebooking or cancellation, we will charge € 25.00 administration costs.
