Located in a unique place, so incredibly close to the dunes, beach and sea, just great! Parking in a secure private parking space, cycling in the covered bicycle shed, taking the elevator or stairs to the 1st floor and you will experience total peace, you will feel at home like we do. Equipped with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with bath, a separate toilet, a spacious kitchen with Nespresso, Filter and Senseo coffee machine, dishwasher, oven etc.

Explanation of prices & cancellation conditions

Payment: 25% upon booking, balance 42 days before arrival.

Arrival: From 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm (or by appointment)

Departure: Until 10:00 in the morning

The changeover day is on Friday (or out of season by appointment).

Our advice is to always opt for cancellation insurance. You never know. In the unlikely event that you have to cancel, you will find the conditions below.

25% of the total price if cancelled up to the 42nd day before the start of the rental. 60% of the total price if cancelled from the 41st and up to the 28th day before the start of the rental. 90% of the total price in case of cancellation from the 27th day before the start of the rental until one day before the start of the rental. 100% of the total price if you cancel on the day of arrival or later, or if you don't show up.
