Beautifully situated apartment complex located at the foot of the dunes at Bungalowpark Strandslag and within walking distance of the beach. Just 2 km from the cozy center of Julianadorp aan Zee with many shops and restaurants.

This cozy apartment on the 1st floor can accommodate up to 4 people. There is an elevator in the apartment complex and you can park here for free. There is 1 bedroom with a double bed plus television and a double bed in the living room. This is incorporated in a cabinet and is very easy to fold in and out. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, refrigerator, electric hob, and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. Digital TV and internet are available in this apartment . From the French balcony you have a magnificent view of the dunes and there you can enjoy the evening and watch the setting sun. There is a large bowling alley in the apartment complex, which is always fun, especially when the weather is less. At the back of the apartment complex you can look out over the large miniature golf course and the cozy restaurant with terrace. You can also get fresh bread rolls every day at the restaurant.

Julianadorp aan ZeeJulianadorp aan Zee is a beautiful coastal town in the municipality of Den Helder, in the Dutch province of North Holland.Julianadorp consists of two parts, the core of Julianadorp and the North Sea seaside resort of Julianadorp aan Zee. Julianadorp is known for its beautiful sandy beach and the nearby dunes and tulip fields. Julianadorp offers enough for a wonderful holiday. There are, among other things. plenty of opportunities for water sports, there is a golf course and an indoor subtropical swimming pool. The village also has several shopping centers, eateries and other catering establishments. Julianadorp is an absolute must for people who love peace and space. A place where you can enjoy walking, cycling and enjoying the beach and nature. Julianadorp aan Zee is also a wonderful base for a visit to historic Alkmaar.

Den Helder is 8 km away, where there are many shops, cozy terraces, museums, cinema and much more. From there you can also take the boat to Texel to spend a day there. The cozy Callantsoog is also 8 km away.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

CANCELLATIONS

If you deem it necessary to cancel the agreement concluded by both parties, and if these are not covered by the conditions of the cancellation insurance, you must observe the following rules and bear the resulting costs.

Cancellation must be confirmed in writing within 48 hours after notification by telephone.

In case of cancellation up to the 42nd day before arrival date: you owe 20% of the travel sum to Strandzicht Verhuur BV.

In case of cancellation from the 42nd day to the 28th day before arrival date: you owe 50% of the travel sum to Strandzicht Verhuur BV.

In case of cancellation from the 28th day to the 14th day before arrival date: you owe 90% of the travel sum to Strandzicht Verhuur BV

In case of cancellation 2 weeks from the day of arrival or later, you owe the full travel sum to Strandzicht Verhuur BV.

If Strandzicht Verhuur BV is forced to cancel the holiday object you have reserved, for whatever reason, the following rules and obligations will be observed:

Strandzicht Verhuur BV will first inform you of the cancellation by telephone, followed by a written confirmation.

Strandzicht Verhuur BV is committed to offering an equivalent or better holiday object as an alternative.

Strandzicht Verhuur BV will try to offer the alternative under the same conditions (read: rent and extra costs), but cannot guarantee this. If the tenant does not accept the alternative, or if Strandzicht Verhuur BV cannot offer a suitable or equivalent alternative, the travel sum already paid will be refunded immediately to the tenant's account number. The tenant cannot derive any further rights than the amount already to be recovered as stated.
