Rural location, but easily accessible. Close to the beach, dunes and nice cities such as Alkmaar for a visit to the famous cheese market or to historic Haarlem (30 min), Amsterdam (40 min). Take a nice beach day at Bergen aan Zee (20 min) or all the other beautiful beaches.

  • In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
  • In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
  • If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.

Free use of the outdoor swimming pool at the holiday park during the season
The beach at Callantsoog, with very nice beach bars open all year round. Dogs are allowed on the beach from 01-10 to 01-05. In the meantime they can be released from 7:00 PM to 9:00 AM. There are a few beaches where they are allowed all year round. This is, among other things. between Callantsoog and Grote Keeten.

The bulb fields are in bloom in April and May. You literally stay among them.
The Korte Ruigweg is a unique tree-lined avenue in the Kop van Noord-Holland
