This house has 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom and open kitchen. Near the Boulevard on the sunny southwest side, directly on the beach and 200 meters from the dunes. The lively center, with nice shops, restaurants and terraces, is approximately 400 meters away.
As soon as you enter the house, the spacious hall gives you access to the cozy living room with open kitchen, separate toilet and 2 bedrooms. The living room has a rural design and is equipped with a sofa, 2 lounge chairs and a cozy dining area with round dining table and chairs. A flat screen TV with digital television and WiFi are also available. From the living room you can step onto the furnished terrace and have a view of the sea.
The new modern open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle. Parel aan het Strand has 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has 2 box-spring beds and a spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom has 2 box-spring beds, has a sea view and is accessible from the living room with a sliding wall. From both bedrooms you have access to the completely renovated and modern bathroom. The comfortable bathroom has a bath / shower, washbasin and washing machine. You have access to a private garage (height 1.85 m) in the parking basement of the building. There is an elevator from the basement to the house.

During the day but also in the evening you can sit and gaze endlessly at the sea from the balcony on the southwest! The balcony is furnished with garden furniture and garden cushions. You have sun up to half an hour before sunset in high season .
