Welcome to the Dune House, a modern and comfortable holiday home located at the foot of the beautiful dunes between Egmond and Bergen aan Zee. Enjoy the peace and nature in this charming accommodation, ideal for families and nature lovers! The house is suitable for 4 people and has 2 bedrooms, a TV room and a bathroom. The cozy village of Egmond and the fine sandy beach are easy to reach by bike and the charming village of Bergen is also nearby.

Layout holiday home

The Dune House was completely renovated in 2021 and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. With 2 bedrooms, an open master bedroom on the mezzanine with breathtaking dune view and a children's bedroom with a fantastic bunk bed, there is enough space for everyone. The living room has a fireplace and underfloor heating, which will make you feel at home quickly. The fully equipped open kitchen allows you to have contact with each other from all places. The bathroom, equipped with toilet and rain shower, is also located on the ground floor. Through the 2 sliding doors you can step onto the terrace and into the large garden with outdoor shower. Perfect for after a day at the beach.

Environment

Explore the most beautiful dune area (500 meters from the cottage) in the Netherlands! There are numerous hiking and biking trails, and you can easily reach the cozy villages of Bergen, Egmond, Alkmaar, and Schoorl via the scenic tulip route. For freshly baked bread and local delicacies, the bakery is only a 5-minute bike ride away. For daily shopping you can go to the supermarket, the butcher and the fishmonger in Egmond aan den Hoef. The beach of Egmond aan Zee is 3 km away. A car is recommended, but the cottage is also accessible by bus (stop 12 minutes walk).
