A unique location! This fantastic penthouse is located on the top floor of the Wijde Blick, on the quiet side of the building and has a great view over the Zwanenwater nature reserve and the dunes of Callantsoog.
The apartment is wonderfully light and has a spacious balcony on the south side, where you can enjoy the sun all day long .
The living room is furnished with a corner sofa, an armchair and a large TV. In the same open space is also the dining area and the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, combi oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker and kettle
The bathroom has a bath, a sink with mirror and a separate shower. In the hall there is a separate toilet.
In the bedrooms there are comfortable 1-person box springs (2x80x200) with single duvets and pillows.
From the living room you enter the terrace with garden furniture through the sliding doors.
Dogs are allowed in this apartment.
You can park your car in the closed parking garage underneath the building.
*Please note, the ceiling on the upper floor has been lowered slightly and the hum of the central extraction is softly perceptible here.

Hi! My name is Lisa and together with my brother Mike I rent out holiday homes, apartments, bungalows and villas in the area of Callantsoog, Julianadorp aan Zee, Groote Keeten and 't Zand. Renting out houses started as a hobby and 2 years ago led to the takeover of a rental agency in Callantsoog. This has since grown into a diverse and beautiful range of holiday homes. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy
The total price includes mandatory final cleaning and tourist tax.
Extra options:
To avoid disappointment, your reservation request will be checked for availability as soon as possible. That is why your reservation is only final after receipt of our rental contract.
The rental contract contains the payment terms and information about key delivery.
You pay the 1st installment (50%) within 2 weeks after receiving the signed rental contract. You pay the 2nd installment (50%) 4 weeks before arrival. For bookings within 4 weeks, the total amount must be paid. If - after the 1st reminder - the payment obligation is not met, the reservation will be canceled without any obligation to refund the deposit already paid.

The Rental Agency assumes that you take out travel and cancellation insurance or that you take any risks of cancellation for your own account. You can only cancel your booking in writing. If you cancel the holiday, you will be liable for the booking costs and the following amounts:

- Bed linen (€ 11.50 per person),
- Bath towels and kitchen towels (€8.50 per person),
- Dog accommodation (€5.75 per dog per night),
- High chair (€ 17.25 each),
- Children's bed (€ 17.25 each).
