This detached holiday home is ideally located in Callantsoog: in a quiet street, just 650 meters from the beach and a few minutes' walk from the cozy village square with nice shops, terraces and restaurants.

Everything is on one floor – which is nice! The spacious living room has patio doors to the garden, a large dining table and a comfortable sitting area. The fully equipped kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso and filter coffee machine. Perfect for cooking together and dining for a long time after a day at the seaside.
Space for 8 people
The house can accommodate up to 8 people and has three bedrooms:
- one bedroom with double bed and private bathroom
- one second bedroom with double bed
- and a children's room with two bunk beds
There are a total of two bathrooms, two toilets and a washing machine – ideal for families or two families holidaying together.
Large enclosed garden – ideal for children
The spacious, enclosed garden is a true play paradise. Children can enjoy themselves on the swing, slide, in the tree house or with the go-kart, while parents relax on one of the sunny terraces. Thanks to the trees all around, you can enjoy privacy and shelter. There is a private parking space and a charging station for electric cars on the property.
Extras for a carefree holiday
In the garden house you will find useful extras such as a wagon for the beach, a retro bike for a quick errand in the village and a barbecue for cozy summer evenings (use allowed, please leave clean). Everything is neat, fresh and modern.
