The house has a beautiful, bright and spacious living room with open kitchen on the ground floor. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet, and a separate toilet room. The open kitchen has a 6-burner stove, a dishwasher, large oven, combi microwave and large fridge with freezer compartment. The separate utility room has a washing machine and dryer.

On the upper floor there are 4 bedrooms, a large bathroom with a bathtub, shower and double sink. There is also a separate toilet room. The stairs have a fixed stair gate above. All beds are single box spring beds.
This house is located in the green and peaceful Sandepark park in Groote Keeten. A park with a nice playground and soccer field, a fishing pond and within walking distance of the sea and the beach.

Looking for a luxury holiday home in Groote Keeten on the coast. Then you have come to the right place. Dune 25 is a beautiful house in a lovely quiet location.
Groote Keeten is a small village with a small threshing square and wide beach. You only have to cross 1 row of dunes to get to the beach. Do you come in the summer to sunbathe or do you prefer a breath of fresh air in the autumn. In the spring you will find plenty of sights in this bulb region!
