A holiday home that meets all your needs. De Lepelaar is a holiday villa for 9 people. Within walking distance of the beach (250 meters). On the ground floor you will find a spacious living room, open kitchen, bedroom with en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and sink. In the hall is a separate toilet and storage room with washing machine and dryer.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge with freezer underneath, a combi oven, induction hob and, above all, a spacious dining table. Pans, crockery and cutlery are also provided.
On the first floor are 3 bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom. This bathroom has a bath and double walk-in shower. 3 bedrooms have 2 single beds. 1 bedroom has 3 single beds.
A sauna will be installed outside in spring 2023. There is already an outdoor shower.
What does Callantsoog have to offer? Callantsoog is a cozy cozy coastal village. Equipped with a wide beach and a wide range of restaurants. There are 6 beach pavilions and the cozy village square has more restaurants and nice shops. Not only the beach is nice. A round of cycling or walking in the area is also highly recommended. (especially during the tulip season at the end of April/beginning of May) To get to the beach you only have to cross 1 row of dunes. Do you come in the summer to sunbathe or do you prefer to get a breath of fresh air in the autumn.
