Located just 200 meters from the iconic Ruïnekerk, the villa is within walking distance of various boutiques, cozy restaurants and attractive terraces. Its proximity to the forest and the beach makes it a perfect base for nature lovers. Bergen aan Zee and the vast dunes can be reached within 10 minutes by bike, allowing guests to enjoy the sun, sea and beach effortlessly. For adventurous guests, there are plenty of hiking and cycling routes available in the area, as well as opportunities for water sports and other outdoor activities.
Layout and facilities
The villa has four spacious bedrooms, each equipped with comfortable double beds. One of the bedrooms is located on the ground floor and has its own en-suite bathroom, which makes it particularly suitable for guests who are less mobile or for grandparents who want extra privacy. The other three bedrooms are located on the upper floor and share a modern bathroom.
The living room is bright and spacious, furnished with a cozy sitting area where the whole family can gather.
