Comfortable rural summer house with garden house in a beautiful, very large (1,100 m2) enclosed garden.

Layout of the house:
Three bedrooms. The garden shed/storage room shown in the video is now for private storage.

Our holiday in Bergen nh is now 30 years in the family and 15 years in the rental. It's a nice luxury home in a lush (French) garden near the beach and the village. We always have a relaxed contact with our tenants because we chose to go below the market, which can stay almost not disappoint. As a result, we never called during our holiday abroad almost by tenants, but do get friendly thanked afterwards
