It is a detached thatched house on the Afgedamde Maas in Veen. The house is located on a quiet street of a recreation area, surrounded by water at both the front and the rear.

The recreation park is closed by means of a barrier, of which you will of course receive an access pass.

The house is fully equipped. 2 bedrooms, a luxury kitchen and bathroom, spacious garden and balcony on the Maas, air conditioning and all necessary inventory available.

Here you can enjoy a barbecue, swim, fish and enjoy the peace and quiet, or take a look at the nearby fortified town of Heusden or the cozy capital of North Brabant, 's-Hertogenbosch.

Please note: The house does not have its own jetty for a boat. You can rent a boat in the region and moor there.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge

In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price

In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
