Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between 90th and 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between 59th and 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant does not make use of the accommodation until the day of arrival or during the rental period, he/she will still owe the full rental price.
