As soon as you have opened the gate of the Water Villa at Veense Put 80, you imagine yourself in another world.
A world of tranquility with beautiful panoramic views over the vast adjacent natural water and a holiday home (with its own jetty and a boat available if desired) that is fully equipped, with optimal privacy.
The covered terrace offers protection from the sun and even on less beautiful days it remains wonderful to stay outside. A nice Nature House where the various water birds pass by.
The beautiful panoramic view over the water is breathtaking and the sunset is magical and continues to fascinate. The conservatory also offers a beautiful panorama.
On hot days you can cool off in the adjacent water with its own jetty and swimming ladder, just in your own backyard.

We have a boat at the rental house with a 6 hp Suzuki engine and bimini top (sunshade/hood). This is then, under conditions, available to you for the entire rental period and is located on the jetty at the house. Please discuss before arrival (This boat is not included as standard, is for a maximum of four adults and only available in season, please ask).
Around the house there are several surprising seating areas that always offer a new view of the surroundings. The large walnut tree also offers cooling on hot days.
The waterfowl are entertaining to watch and you can cast a line at any time of the day.
Private car parking next to the house.
If desired, you can use the wood-fired sauna (1 basket of free wood is ready) and inside it is cozy on cold days with the wood stove or the fireplace (here too 1 basket of wood is ready for you free of charge l so possibly bring some DRY wood yourself or you can get it about 1 km away at, for example, the Hubo, You can also buy bags of wood from us, which are 10,-- euros each.). For people who like convenience, there is central heating.
Large television with KPN Basic package (65 TV channels), washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, combi oven/microwave, refrigerator and large freezer are part of the standard equipment and of course WiFi is not lacking.
Eating outside with the gas barbecue makes evenings a party, especially if it happens on the jetty , which is possible with this house (never under the house and leave it clean). If it freezes or you just like it, you can choose the extra option: "Finnish Barbecuing". You can then use the Finnish Kota (see conditions), which is a cozy barbeque of a completely different order. The place where tall tales are born ;-)
It is a NO Smoking Water Villa.
For your information:
There are three bedrooms, one of which, as you can see, has a bunk bed. Our advice is therefore a maximum of four adults and two children.

Free parking, right next to the house is a private parking space for 1 passenger car (Due to the roof there is no high bus or roof box possible. These can be parked outside the barrier.).
Free use of sauna and gas barbecue for outside (If you want to use the gas barbecue, please indicate in advance so that we can prepare it. The Kota bbq area is separate from this, but this is also possible in consultation.). There is a Nespresso machine in the kitchen.
The private jetty is included free of charge, here you can perfectly moor us or another sloop or boat, fish or swim and there is a staircase to easily get out of the water again.
Use of gas, water and electricity is included in the rental price.
Electric cars are not allowed and cannot be charged, given the existing wiring on the headland.
The Watervilla is my home and not a party location, so parties are not allowed.
