The apartment is cozy and colorfully decorated. It is spacious. If you are staying with children there is also space (and toys) to play.
The apartment has air conditioning for cooling and if you have nothing to do with air conditioners, there is also a large fan available.
There is underfloor heating and a number of radiators. The floors are smooth (wood or PVC laminate) and there is a constant supply and extraction of fresh air.
You have access to a large amount of towels and if you have forgotten something, there are spare razor blades, toothbrushes, shampoo, deodorant, etc.
In the kitchen you have access to an oven / microwave, fridge / freezer combination, kettle, very fine bean machine, two burner induction hob, extractor hood, a large amount of crockery and cutlery, pans and a large amount of herbs.
In the sitting area you will find a nice sofa and 2 lovely swivel armchairs. Atmospheric lighting is available and a large TV with Disney.
The double bed is 160 x 200. Nice Emma mattress, and a spacious bedside table on each side.
The two bunk beds are very sturdy. 4 adults sleep in these beds without any problems. Each bed also has a nice Emma mattress.
In the "shed" where you enter, you will find a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron.
Also a closet with spare bedding and spare towels.
Upon arrival you will find the key in the key safe, of which you will receive the code one day in advance.
Parking is easy in our street and is free.
