Separate bedroom of 3x4 m living area with sofa, dining area 4 persons and kitchen with refrigerator cutlery plates, coffee maker, kettle etc.
Bathroom with douce sink and toilet.
Pets not allowed.

In a quiet wooded area with nice walking routes and beautiful cycling routes along nice villages.
Near Veldhoven, Eindhoven (airport), Eersel and Waalre so close to ASML and Koningshof.
With various museums and restaurants gofbaan Gendersteyn 4 km away.
Recreation options E3 beach 4km away.
