Welcome to Kaatsheuvel where we offer our house!
The holiday park is located in a fairytale environment dominated by forests, heaths and the imposing sand drifts of the Loonse en Drunense Duinen National Park. Moreover, the Efteling is just around the corner. A 20-minute drive will take you to the Beekse Bergen animal and play park. Less than half an hour's drive away you will also find the pleasant cities of Tilburg and Breda.
Type of cottage; Type hackfort 6 stands for spacious and attractive stays. The detached chalet is on the ground floor and suitable for 6 people. In the living room you will find a cozy sitting area with air conditioning, television, a spacious dining area and a kitchen with an induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and a coffee maker (Nespresso). There are a total of 3 bedrooms, 2 with 2 single beds and 1 with a double bed (2 single beds together). The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. There is also a separate toilet. Outside there is a furnished terrace. You can use free Wi-Fi and cars can be parked in the central parking lot next to the cottage. Pets are welcome, maximum 2 animals.

-air conditioning in the living room. The remote control is located at the reception. You can pick it up there for a deposit of 35 euros.

Not standard present;
-shower towels, for rent 9.94 euros per package (2 towels).
-hair dryer
-kitchen towels, but can be rented for 8.83 euros per set.
-spices such as salt and pepper.
-camping cot (without bed linen!) can be reserved for 12.16 euros
- High chair 8.83 euros.
Cottage is for 6 people. Can 1 extra baby come along 0-1 year, so a total of 7. If 6 people and a baby come along, tourist tax for the 7th person will be charged via 'after account'. That is not included in the payment.
Upon arrival at the park, you will receive a pass through the reception. With this pass you can open the barrier at the front of the park and the door of the holiday home.
According to the guidelines of Europarcs, the park does not have a permit to allow work activities; stay is intended for recreational use only. This house may be rented out for a maximum of 3 weeks in a row.
In addition to cleaning the cottage after every visit, I regularly go there myself for an extra good cleaning!
It is possible that a deposit is asked for groups of friends. It is appreciated when you contribute to this! This is 100 euros per person with a max of 500 euros.
The park is fireworks-free. No fireworks may be set off in the park. Outside the park there is no prohibition. The house is located at the back of the park in a fairly quiet area.
When you come by public transport; enter as final destination stop 'Vaartstraat' line 300 or 301 Tilburg. From there it is a 750-meter walk to the park.
