Relax in our studio in Knegsel (one of the eight beatitudes).
Surrounded by greenery, a wonderful walking and cycling area. There are many tourist locations nearby. Restaurant Dinee café de Kempen in Knegsel 5min. walk to the village. The tourist village of Eersel is a 5min drive. The E3 beach is nearby. We have bicycles for rent. Towels and bed linen are provided. It is also a great location for work. Near A67 and ASML.
In the studio you can enjoy peace and quiet with a view of the forest. During the laying period you will receive fresh eggs from our chickens and on arrival a welcome drink from the village.

You can walk straight from the studio into the forest.

My name is Henriette Kuipers and I live with my family in the lovely village of Knegsel. We enjoy nature and want our guests to also enjoy this beautiful spot.

Our Studio has been available for rental since 2020. You can relax there. The space has a peaceful appearance.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email.If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 10% of the rent; in case of cancellation up to 4 weeks 20% and from 2 weeks to the start date of the rental period 30%. If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
