Hoeve Boord Ven is located in the rural countryside between the picturesque Brabant village of Eersel where Contente Man lives and the Bergeijk of Rietveld architecture. The apartment and the mini-campsite is surrounded by forests, fens and heathland near the Belgian border.

The route to your apartment is via rural roads and you park your car on the side of the farm in your own parking space.
You register at the reception of the campsite where we - Ronald and Marianne - take you to the apartment.
The apartment (2 people) is located in the front house of the (former) farm. You reach the apartment via a shared hallway. The lockable apartment is on the ground floor, has a living room with kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and hall.
In the living room (30 m2) you will see an open kitchen with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee machine D'Or, kettle and a combination microwave. You open the cabinets and see that the kitchen has the standard kitchen inventory. Your kitchen towels can stay at home.
Furthermore, a dining table with 4 chairs and a sitting area with 55 inch TV. The TV includes NL Ziet and Netflix. Ha nice, you think. With Chrome casting, I can also watch my own channels.
Through a hall you reach the bedroom (14.5 m2). A bedroom where you pick up the first sun in the morning. The bedroom has an electrically adjustable Auping bed with 2 separate mattresses of 0.9 * 2 m and a hanglay wardrobe. No making of the bed. That's already done for you!
From the bedroom you can walk naked outside and into the garden and onto the campsite. The idea of having breakfast in the sun. Delicious. Take care of your own breakfast, although you can order sandwiches and then be ready in the morning. You can already see the garden table and chairs. You hear that you can sit anywhere. Nice in the sun by the pond or in the shade under the plane trees.
Back inside you can see that the bathroom is located next to the bedroom. A small step (with wall supports) because the bathroom is above the basement. The private bathroom (6.5 m2) has a rain shower, toilet, 2 washbasins and hair dryer. And enough space for your own toiletries. If necessary, you can use the shower stool and wall support. Looking around you can see the towels ready for you. Beach towels and towels for your chair are also ready.
Walking back to the hall you see the work cupboard. In the work cupboard you will find a hand brush and tin, laundry basket, drying rack, extra toilet paper, etc. Cleaning is included in the price, but still nice if you have spilled something.
You don't see any radiators and yet it feels good. The apartment is heated by the underfloor heating. A continuous temperature. And in the living room you can also see an electric heater in the fireplace.
On the dining table is already an information folder with tips from the area. You get the key and then... ENJOY.
