The house is located 500m from a vast forest, 2km from a supermarket, 3km from the center of Deurne and 8km from the Peel. Due to its location, the house remains cool in the summer.

The bathroom has a shower, electric heating and a wide view over the fields. Toilets on both ground floor and first floor.
