Are you looking for peace and quiet in a green environment? Our holiday home is located right next to the Loonsche and Drunense Dunes in a wooded area. Ideal for walkers and cyclists. From the spacious living room with very complete open kitchen you look directly out over the countryside. The bungalow was completed in 2023 and is equipped with underfloor heating and cooling. The bedrooms have a roller shutter and ceiling fan, which keeps it pleasant in the summer. The house has two bedrooms, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet.

During the school holidays we rent the house with 2 bedrooms, suitable for 2 adults and a child from 6 years old (due to the loft bed). The periods outside the school holidays the house is standard with 1 bedroom available for 2 people. Booking outside the school holidays for 2 adults and a child is possible in consultation.

There is a private parking space in front of the door. The house sits on a plot of 450 m2 and also has unobstructed views over the countryside from the backyard. The garden has two terraces and has recently been planted with mainly native plants (flower meadow, fruit trees and vegetable garden). The vegetation is still in its infancy, so there is still a view of the surrounding bungalows.

The bungalow is located on a small-scale recreation park (120 holiday homes). Apart from a barrier, there are no facilities. There is a speed limit of 10 km per hour in the park and out of respect for nature and the neighbors, silence is required between 22:00 and 08:00. Pets are not allowed and smoking is not allowed in the house.
