Are you looking for peace and quiet in a green environment? Our holiday home is located right next to the Loonsche and Drunense Dunes in a wooded area. Ideal for walkers and cyclists. From the spacious living room with fully equipped open kitchen you look directly over the farmlands. The bungalow was completed in 2023 and has underfloor heating and cooling. The bedrooms have a shutter and ceiling fan, which keeps it pleasant in the summer. The house is suitable for 2 adults and 1 child from 6 years old and it has two bedrooms, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
During the school holidays we rent the house with 2 bedrooms, suitable for 2 adults and a child from 6 years old. During periods outside the school holidays, the standard 1-bedroom house is available for 2 people. Booking outside the school holidays for 2 adults and a child is possible in consultation.
There is a private parking space in front of the door. The house is located on a plot of 450 m2 and also has unobstructed views over the fields from the backyard. The garden has two terraces and was recently planted with mainly native plants (flower meadow, fruit trees and vegetable garden). The vegetation is still young, so there is still a view to surrounding bungalows.
The bungalow is located in a small-scale recreation park (120 recreational homes). Apart from a barrier, there are no facilities. The park has a speed limit of 10 km per hour and out of respect for nature and the neighbors, silence is required between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Pets are not allowed and smoking is not allowed in the house.
