On the ground floor you will find a spacious hallway with a modern toilet, and you enter the large, bright living room with a stylish, open kitchen. From the living room you look out onto the garden, where you can relax in a lovely jacuzzi, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

On the first floor there is a spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a bathroom. Upstairs there is also a bedroom with a bunk bed with 1 bed and a sofa bed. In this same room there is a desk with desk chair, ideal for those who want to combine work or study with a relaxing stay.

This property is ideal for a relaxing stay and offers everything you need for an unforgettable holiday. There are also 2 bicycles available.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, the tenant will continue to owe the full rent.
